Why can i not down load anything . and how can i get my settings back to mormal .

On the information you have supplied it's awkward to give you a reason why it is not working but you could try system restore if you were able to download before. Try that and if it doesn't work do an update on your question and i'll see if I can help you through it.

Well.... if your setting are mucked up you could try a system reload.. basicly its like taking your PC back in time.. it wipes anything that happend on the PC after the date you set it to.
You can do a System Reload by going to your control pannel and then selecting settings.
