If it's the one on the beach at night with a guy and a little kid then it is a slightly lyrically altered version of Life on Mars by David Bowie - in the advert the guy alters then ends of a couple of lines.

I think it's 'Forgotten Dreams' by Leroy Anderson. If you go to www.commercialbreaksandbeats.co.uk it has listings of the music used in past and present tv commercials.
