how does a girl let you know she doesnt wanna talk on phone?

most girls cant be straight up..always saying "im bz" or making excuses..instead of just saying "i dont really wanna talk on phone"..."or my bf wont let me"..

what kind of excuses girls make to let the guy know she doesnt really wanna talk.."im charging my phone".."im going to the beach"..lol..basically she doesnt wanna talk..what if she gives out the number?..but still doesnt wanna talk?
