I've tried Monster.com and CareerBuilders.com but I'm looking for something that has awesome resume samples and the ability to download the template without having to pay. Thanks all!

Dude you might want to look at my question yesterday .
I asked about Resume S/w's etc... go through it
But my best advice is search on the net ... mostly people in Univs like Berkely etc have resume online ... Just find 10-20 ones and u might stumble upon a good one . I really didnt find these softwares helpful .

There ae many websites offering such facilities. First have your own free website and then searh the web for your requirements. Microsoft (free domain and hosting for life) , Google (Googlepages, Blogger) , Yahoo (Geocities), Freewebs are some of the companies offering free websites with design tools .
