No. Unless his prison mates are vampires. In which case, he could kill them. But the only vampires here are the IRS, and they don't go to prison.

I really wonder if he is being set up or not, I know he has had some downfalls but Wesley Snipes Come on. Is it possible he had no clue this was happening and he is not hiding and he is trying to get the facts straight before he turns up.
