YES. TALK TO A REAL ESTATE AGENT AND ASK THEM TO GET COMPARISONS (COMPS) FOR THE AREA YOU ARE LOOKING IN. IF THE HOUSE IN QUESTION HAS BEEN BOUGHT RECENTLY IT SHOULD BE THERE. IF NOT THAT HOUSE THEN A HOUSE WITH SIMILAR FLOOR PLAN AND SQ. FOOTAGE COULD GIVE YOU SOME IDEA OF WHAT IT MAY SELL OR SOLD FOR. HOPE THIS HELPS.
