my 8 yo son has TONS of them but has no idea how to play , he just likes the pictures. should I make him keep them safe?

cards are valuble based on their rarity, if you get a secret rare, you can sell it for a couple hundred, ultra rare about 100-199, super rare 70-99, rare around 25-50 and commons go depending on their strength.

I say keep them, not just cuz yull b able 2 sell them but wait till his 9 or ten and he finds kids who play with them, hell find it interesting and anoying not 2 b able 2 play so hell just have to learn, for that u can chek out the guide that comes with the decks and the yugioh website, www.yugioh-card.com
I've had my cards for 4 years now and I still like them, infact I go 2 the saurday tournaments

yea, yugioh is the hot card game right now, if cards are shiny they r worth a few $.

yea keep em safe, no material item is worth bieng destroyed, imagine u were that item. ^_^

4 your 1st question it depends on what card it is, the 2nd one yes cause in time they will be worth a lot of money
