What are the evidences of god's existence. Is there a GOD in this world. Or is it just a fictious character created by humans.

Julian Jaynes' book "The Origin of Conciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind" explains this in great detail. A lot of it just has to do with how the human mind works.

This is the most scientific explanation I have come across.

Try Frazer's "The Golden Bough"
or
Campbell's works on "The Masks of God"
or
Plato, Aristotle, Socrates, many of the Greek schools of thought
for a "secular" explanation
or
Armstrong's "A History of God"

as for evidence....none
that's why a belief in some "god" is called "faith" and not fact

The first known religions were Sun worshiping ones. With the sun being the creator of life on earth.

Religion came about in caveman times as a way to explain the unexplainable, ie supernatural.

Fear and the unknown are the reasons for God or Gods.
God was made up to placate these fears.
Everyone is entitled to their own belief.
