I have not heard of any State's D.M.V. office that posts practice tests for new drivers to practice with!
The State in which you live should have booklets, and manuals for your State's Laws governing licensure to operate a motor vehicle.
They do this for a reason; to ensure that each driver(new) will read all rules and regulations, enough to memorize and understand the Laws of your State....
I hate to "burst your bubble" but driving a motor vehicle is
"A Privilege," not "A Right!" You will be sharing the road with other drivers, in control of an instrument(vehicle) that is heavy, powerful, and can kill everyone around you in a flash, if you are not in complete control of your vehicle at all times!
You should have received the manual and even study booklets of your State Laws in the operation of a motor vehicle, if not go down to your local D.M.V. office and pick up a copy. Read it, Study it, and Learn all of the Laws that are printed in it! After you do, you will be able to "Ace" your exam, then you will be prepared to be "A Safe and Responsible Driver!"
Nothing is easy, you have to work and study to get anywhere in life, and you will see how valuable it is, later on in your life!
Good luck, and be patient!!
