In Publisher or Word, on the menu go to
Insert -> Picture -> Clip Art
Search for the clip you want, and double click it to insert it.
Idiot proof enough?

Really easy this one. All you need to do is press the insert button and it will lead you to a menu. Clipart will be one of these. Press clipart, select the art you want to insert and enter. Job done.

If you have Microsoft Publisher, use that. You click onto the clip-art and point to where you want your clip art to go.

if you dont like the ones in ms office go here http://www.free-graphics.com/ pick the clip you want right click and save target as jpg to your desktop do a search on google for free clipart
