I really like Pet Semetary 2 but my all time favorite is a little known movie called "Don't be afraid of the dark". It's an old 70's made for tv movie that really messed me up when I was a kid. Its really a run of the mill horror movie about a young couple who move into an old turn-of-the-century home. Its what haunts the home that will freak you out. Its a mental trip. I don't know if this movie is available on video, though.

A nightmare on Elm St. (all of them)
Halloween (all of them)
I love scary movies so it's hard to say which ones are really my favorite, but these two are in the top five.

Classic: Children of the Corn (the original and none of the crappy remakes)

Current: Saw. I love the premise behind it and how you have to choose doing an evil act to save your own life.
