If you plan on sending a demo, always write and ask for permission first. That is ettiquite. Make sure you have only 3 songs max, have a picture of your group, and a short bio included.

Look in some of your CDs - ALL of them have the record company address listed. 99% of them have an office in NYC. Atlantic records, Sony records are two I can think of right now.
