the balance of the lease money how long can i stay with out her taking the lease money. or can i not pay until we go to court.

Let her file for eviction for non-payment. Then take the money to the clerk of court and cure the eviction by paying the monies due. The eviction case will be dismissed.
Did that in TX many years ago. The landlord was hotter than a $50.00 whore with a $2.00 customer but couldn't do anything about it.
But do check with an attorney, OK? What worked for me in TX over 20 years ago might not work for you today.

The person must follow the correct channels - The broken lease agreement doesn't help any either.
