Hello my fellow American,
The 1st Amendment went out when Bush came in.
I would not be surprised if Americans started being killed for speaking the truth....
Beware of the " New World Reich."
The "War on Terror " is also the war on civil liberties.
The day soon will be here when American citizens will long for (liberalism and its ideology.)

I'm Libertarian, so I am for it 100%. I hate this reporting crap, because I believe since this is a public website, then we have the right to say what is on our minds. The problem is that I have disrespected both Republicans and Democrats, but got reported most by Republicans. Neither party cares for the constitution. They both break the 1st amendement, Democrats break the 2nd, by wanting to ban guns, Republicans break illegal warrant amendments, Republicans agree with the Death penalty which in my book counts as cruel and unusual punishment (nothing can be more cruel then death). It just goes on. If you wrote down all the amendements and crossed out the ones that either party is breaking, you would have around probably 3 left.

The first amendment has been a restricted right for years. If you do a little digging you will see where the government has been controlling what gets reported in the papers as far back as the civil war. lol to all our so called "freedoms"

It is very strange to me the number of people who want to report speech they don't agree with. This very stalinistic nastiness was brought to us by George Bush, whose adminstration brought America her first "free speech zones." Remember when Bush's first press secretary Ari Fleischer said - it's time for Americans to watch what they say. And, alas, way too many Americans cried out - stomp me harder with your fascist boot...

Yes. The problem is that Y!A is a private forum and, when you sign up, you agree to abide by "community guidelines".
Most of those "community guidelines" are common decency - no insulting other users, no slurs, no profanity, etc.
You have a right to "free speech" here, as long as it doesn't violate the guidelines you agreed to.
