i tyoe in my name and password and it is not going to the mail screenhow do i get my account back,,,this is pretty serious actually,,they can't just erase my account for no reason

Have you or somebody else with access to your computer recently changed your privacy settings for cookies on the system, in the browser? It sounds like it to me as I changed my settings to a higher one than medium and I had the exact same problem as you are desribing and it took me a while to figure out what had happened. I kept putting my ID and Password in but it just kept sending me back to the logon screen.
Go into your browser Tools-Internet Options-Privacy Tab and make sure your cookie setting is set to medium. If it is already then you need to contact customer care about this issue. Sometimes a persons computer can be taken over and turned into a zombie which the people who control it use to send out mass spam mailings. Web based accounts are shut down for this but the owner of the computer is usually not even aware the computer has been compromised.
If you have access to any section of Yahoo, go to the help pages and put in a question to access the customer care button at the bottom of one of the answers provided. Fill out the form and ask if they shut down your account and if so why. If they shut it down to mass spam then your computer is now a zombie and you need to get it cleaned up quickly. Get a really good Internet Security Suite like Panda and scan all your hard drive for malware. Allow the program to remove any malware. Then go to the Microsoft Securitiy Site and use their milicious software removal tool. It is easy to use. Go to:

No i did not get this digital mail and it is surly a primitive way from an newbie Hacker to have your password. note that yahoo (as an digital mail service) is dedicated by technique of regulation to shop and shop each and every of the clientele archives (however it is authentic or no longer ) and reduce back it up. click on the MAIL link at the top of this page and it will take you to your yahoo email account.
actually they can erase your account for no reason and without any notice. you should have read yahoo's terms of service page. it's their server and they can do whatever they want and whenever they want to do it.
another thing also is if you allow more than 4 months to pass without logging into your free yahoo email account they will delete all of the emails in your account. they do this to get you to signup for their paid account.
