CAN I WIRE THE TV INSTEAD OF THE COMPUTER TO WATCH THE MOVIE?

I should've noted that the website witch I'm downloading from won't allow me to burn it. I only have permission to watch it. So I'm trying to connect the pc to the tv to watch the movie.

You can with special cables and adaptors, and a video card with S-video or RCA output (most do not). But unless your TV is a top of the line High Definition TV, the picture you get will be very poor. It is not worth the expense (cables, etc) and hassle to do it.

Better alternative is to burn the movie to a DVD and simply play it using your regular DVD player and TV.

you need a graphics card that lets you wire the cpu to the tv. You'll also need some sort of cord to connect the two. The easiest thing to do is to burn the movie onto a dvd and then play it on a dvd player.

yes and no both.

both your tv and computer should support this feature.

if your tv and computer both have a S-video cable slot (port). it will be no problem. just buy the cable for about ( $ 6 - $ 19).

if your computer doesn't have that port then look for VGA card. if that also doesn't support in the computer u have then.

its the time to change your computer and TV. to enjoy this feature. which is really cool.

- good luck.

If you have a DVD writer on your computer the easiest thing to do is burn it to DVD and then you should be able to watch it on the TV via your regular DVD player.

Sure, assuming your computer either has an S-Video output on the video card, or your TV has a VGA-in jack.
