The executor of the will should get in touch with you concerning any mention of you in the will

After the person dies - you can ask the person who has power of attorney to see the will. If they're still alive you can ask that person directly.
Why - are you concerned you've been excluded?

Well I know the attorney's have their way to know where you are, or otherwise before your grandmother died all was settled including contact infos.
