I gave birth in the Philippines. Someone please help me!!!

First: You are under 18, which means that you are not an adult and cannot sponsor your husband (and yes, you have to prove your own citizenship by submitting a birth certificate with the visa application).
Second: As part of the application process, you have to sign something called an 'Affidavit of Support', which obligates you to guarantee that your husband will not become a burden on the state. You are an uneducated and most likely unemployed parent. If you are indeed 16, your application has close to zero chance of being approved, leaving you with bringing your husband in illegally.
Consider also that your husband may also be charged with statutory rape because of your age.
You have got yourself one heck of a mess, and I doubt that there is a quick and legal fix to it.

very easy one . cause youre born in the usa they can both come no qestions asked dont apply for visas there in pi tell customs you are visiting use youre american visa . go to immagration . and they will start the application for the green cards remember you need proof you are liveing together like a bill a leasse if they ask about why you said you where visiting just say you wanted to stay after you got here . you have all the rights you are a american the green cards take about 3 months to get but they stamp youre husbands visa right at immagration when you appl

1st you are just a kid yourself.....Why didn't you enjoy your childhood before becoming married and having a kid?
