Oh, there are so many answers to this question... there are tons of animals that would not make good pets. Go to a zoo and just start naming them off. An elephant, a giraffe, a lion... no, a shark, that would totally not fit into our aquarium with little Agnes.

Dragon would probably make a terrible pet. She is big and has sharp teeth and claws and breathes fire. She does not, however, pee in the house. She is better trained than that.

A Banana Slug.
They're not very affectionate, and it takes forever to play a simple game of "fetch". Not that it matters, they can't handle a Frisbee anyway.
But, just like dog owners, you have to watch where you step.......
