How do I get Internet Explorer to "unremember" the things I have typed into fields on pages?

on your internet explorer top bar, go to

Tools -> Internet Options -> click on the tab "Content" and click the button "Auto Complete"

Now remove any checks (tick marks) that are already there.

Also, click on Clear Forms and Clear passwords button there.

Hit OK , and then OK again. Done!

1. From Internet Explorer, choose "Tools" then "Internet Options".

In your browser go to Tools-Internet Options, to clear the web addressed click Clear History on the General Tab. Now, go to the Content Tab. On the middle is a button for Autocomplete. Click that button and a new window to manage how Autocomplete works. Clear any boxes you do not want to have Autocomplete to store information on and check the boxes you do. You are now good to go. You can go back any time you want and re-adjust these settings. You can also just clear your web addresses any time by going to the General Tab and clicking Clear History.
