Hi. I work at Manchester Airport and can tell you that we have excellent train connections direct from the airport to Leeds. The station is in easy reach of all the terminals and you should be able to just buy a ticket on the day. Depending on the carrier, you may also be able to reserve a seat for a small fee. With your arrival day being a Saturday, there should be no difficulties with train availability. Enjoy your visit.

are you talking about the manchester in the u.s or the u.k?
the u.k manchester has 1 airport, i dont know about the u.s though!
