you probably won't want to stay in that part of town in a cheap motel; it can get seedy and dangerous. There is a hamptons inn just south of the port on the corner of brickell and the key biscayne causeway, maybe 5 min from the port by car. decent area, too.

South ingredient is on Miami sea coast. you are able to stroll around the line to the Nemo or any of ten dozen motels interior approximately 2 miles on Ocean rigidity or Collins Ave. The Port of Miami is a few miles away. the closest quite astonishing lodge is the Intercontinental on the park dealing with the port. the holiday hotel is even nearer yet not as astonishing.

Sorry, I don't think this is possible. Your best bet is to go on priceline.com and see if you can make a deal.
Miami hotels are rather pricey, and the port is in a business district so you may have a challenge on your hands.
