Our servers have dissabled sound on all our computers. We would like to enable the sound on certain computers?

We would like to enable the sound on certain computers.
The Operating Systems of the disabled computers is Windows XP. How can we enable it on certain computers, and keep it disabled on the rest by using only Windows XP and not by changing the server configuration?

The only way to do this is with "Administrator" rights on the workstations you want sound enabled. Someone with an administartor password has to log on to the individual PCs and change the settings.
