I have seen people doing this, but I am unsure.

I would assume its fine, since the game save is not a trademarked product or anything.

I'm pretty sure there is no law against it. As long as somebody buys the game itself, i'm sure the company could careless if the consumer needs help with it.

With the exception of some MMORPG games like Runescape, Everquest or Final Fantasy XI (which is against their own rules), there's no laws against this. The only reason why MMORPG's don't allow this is that they specifically state in their TOS that everything within the game belongs to them & you're using / paying for their game service. Trying to sell these times will usually get you banned from the game.

Please be aware that you'll have an uphill battle trying to sell save data for two reasons.

1) You leave personalized data within the Save data.

2) Most sites have save data available for free... granted you have the tools to use the save data.

In short... it's not really worth it... but the best of luck for you to try!

You can sell save games hell yeah theres no law that saids you can`t do that.
