I am Mexican, live in Mexico and have no intention to leave my country... however, this comes as a result of being fortunate enough to have been able to study, get a good job, etc.
Also, thank you for using the term "Hispanics" as most people assume that ALL Hispanics migrating to America are Mexicans and use these terms as synonyms. No, Mexico's just the border, Hispanics are from many different backgrounds and they're all similar in the ways that would mostly answer your question.
Truth is, my country lacks such a lifestyle for everyone, other countries even more so. Steps are being taken in the right direction but as this was a result of a long time of crappy decision-making, results will also show in a long time. Basically, there's poverty (less than before, but still) and corruption and the prospect of a job in the U.S. is great because even the hardest, lowest-paying jobs pay in dollars, which in many cases, converted to national currency, is more than what one would earn in their own country. So it's not to leave anyone jobless, or to boost any economy... it's merely to try to make a better life for themselves and/or their families.
Also, there's the other end of the spectrum, the U.S. is full of important companies with great opportunities and they sometimes ask talented people from ALL OVER (Hispanics included) to come and work for them. Someone who's serious about their professional growth would definitely answer this call... and most of them do.
Hope this helps.

If you refer to the continent:
Hispanics (= Spaniards) came to the continent of America, basically with same reasons the Anglo's came.
If you refer to the USA:
1. About one third of Mexico was taken away by the US in a war with that country. The people living in that territory obviously spoke Spanish (hence names like California, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Colorado, Texas (Tejas), etc.
2. Florida is actually "La Florida", also a part of the US where Hispanics were also living at the time it was taken over by the US.
3. Modern migrations from Spanish speaking countries in the America's for different reasons, but essentially for a better future.

I was born in Peru but I came here when I was six. The reason why is that there were no jobs, if you were born poor you'll stay poor, and my parents knew me and my siblings will never amount to anything if we stayed. Only rich kids in Peru get ahead because of family connections. We came here legally and now I'm an U.S. citizen with complete loyalty to the United States for opening their doors to my family and me. So the conclusion is that hispanics come because their countries are bad.

confident, I have not have been given any problems with legal immigrants, no remember what u . s . a . they arrive from. i do no longer actually have a controversy with illegals that obey the guidelines and artwork perplexing. it is those that come right here illegally and then commit crimes. i comprehend of a few incident the place an unlawful hispanic ran over 2 human beings and then ran. i individually witnessed yet another hit and run motor vehicle that replaced into jam full of illegals( I accompanied and confronted them). i comprehend its perplexing for Hispanics to return right here legally, i comprehend there's a wait yet i think of that if one comes right here illegally, he or she could desire to nevertheless report the paper artwork by using their domicile u . s . a . and wait and obey the guidelines and then "re-enter" the country legitimatelly.
