I'm trying to find out about what kind of foundation I need for a modular home. I've been looking at my county's website for like zoning ordinances and such but have so far had no luck. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.
Any way if anyone can help the house will potentially be in LaSalle county, Illinois.

go to or call the county inspections...they can tell you how it has to be set-up...also i know that if you use brick it will increase the value dramatically

It is not if they are approved or not it is a matter of getting the right loan. If you are doing a new construction mfg/mod talk to your lender. They know what is going on. Watch the rules on mfg houses they are tricky. Modular is like stick built so not to worry so much. Good Luck
