why we call the aliens to living things that live out of earth.do you think that someone is living somewere else but not on earth.

I believe there is a very strong possibility of life exisitng elsewhere in the universe.
If we look at our own solar system, there are nine (or eight now) planets orbiting a star.
Astronomers are able to see 100 million stars in our own galaxy, the Milky Way. In addition, astronomers can see 100 thousand other galaxies. That's a lot of stars and therefore a lot of planets. One them must support some sort of life.
To the person that says the reason there can't be aliens is because they haven't tried to contact us - how do you know they haven't tried. And anyway, they might not be as advanced as us.

I think that it is part of human consciousness to want justice, and to rebel against a perceived lack of it on earth. If justice cannot or does not prevail on earth, then people will seek it in a hereafter, either by being born again (reincarnated) or facing an ultimate judgement where the good/persevering people are rewarded and the evil obliterated. Both of my parents are dead, and they both died with a great many things undone and unsaid; there was no peacefulness, and one died completely unattended. well alien is a word used for those people or things which are unfamiliar to us. so anything unfamiliar outside your country or world is termed as alien.
as for me, there's nothing wrong in thinking there is an alien out there. you might not even guess even a stone must be alive out there. can't say. space is infinite and anything you can imagine can be present out there. you name it and there's a possibility of it to be there. after all our imagination has to be infinite too.
