Michelle fell off a horse and hit her head. When she woke up in the hospital, she didn't know anyone (she had amnesia) so the family was trying to help her remember and she finally did.

It was dumb. TGIF, my daughter (now graduated from high school) had to watch that show every Friday night. Michelle is riding a horse and falls off and loses her memory and everyone tries to help her remember stuff. Dumb!
