blood from the veins , is collected and passes through
the right side of the heart
into the lungs ( as venous blood ) -(low in oxygen )

oxygen is.picked up, by red blood cells( Hemoglobin) ,
which absorb oxygen, from ,the alveoli ( air sacks )
of the lungs.
the oxygen rich blood, is then taken , via ( pulmonary veins ) ,
into ,the left side of the heart--->
and is pumped out,
into the main arterial system as~~~~~~

'oxygenated blood ' == 'arterial blood' == 'oxy hemoglobin'

oxygenated blood, though the red blood cells in oxygen rich blood contain large amounts of oxyhaemaglobin, as opposed to the haemaglobin present in less oxygenated blood.

The oxygen carrying component of blood is hemoglobin, which carries oxygen. So the higher your concentration of hemoglobin, the more oxygenated your blood. Hope this helps.
