do you agree with the office of fair trading?

should banks be made to refund charges made on peoples accounts or should people accept responsibility for their own mistakes?

I think people should accept their own mistakes but the banks charge far too much for being just a small amount overdrawn. Maybe if the banks lowered their charges people wouldn't keep trying to claim refunds back.

a person purposely go O/D then you will have to pay the consequences! Excuse the pun.

People these days dont seem to manage their money properly!
