Organisational Structure of Call Centres is Dualistic in nature in the UK?

There are Team Leaders and Mangers on one side and Agents on the Other. Agents Are Dispensible while Team leaders and Mangers are Not . How True is this Viewpoint?

Very true,

Management and Team Leaders should have more consideration for Agents they are the heart of most Call Centres, its doubt full some managers have the same level of skills.
