Considering that Galactus is a being on a Cosmic level,Im gonna say that Big Blue takes a butt kicking in this scenario. A being who can vaporise planets would have no probelm making Kal-El his next herald. Or just turn those cosmic powers on him like he would a planet and no more Last Son of Krypton

The Pre-Crisis Superman was more powerful than Galactus, but the Post-Crisis Superman is not as powerful as Galactus.

I would say Galactus because he is more of a cosmic entity. He is powerful wherever he goes. Superman derives his power from a yellow sun.
