I cant use the vista's new areo display?!?

Question

I have just bought a Toshiba Satellite A110-A1160 with a Intel Celeron M 370 Proccessor (1.47GHz Clock Speed) and It came with a ATI Raedon 200M graphics with 128MB.
Now all the other feautures of my laptop except the graphics card will work with Microsoft Windows Vista Basic Home Edition.
Is there anyway to replace the Graphics Card? And how much would it cost?

Vista is in Beta edition - you're lucky you got anything to work, frankly. I doubt it's the card itself - probably more likely a driver problem. And if the graphics card doesn't work, how can you see anything to know the rest is working?
