Can I get pregnant with my tubes tied after a year ago?

I had a c-section a year ago and had my tubs tied at the same time. I had been on birth control pills to regulate my period. I then decided to get the birth control shot because I was tired of taking pills. Sept of this year, my shot was due, I didn't go back to get it because i was tired of gaining weight. I haven't had my period yet and I feel like I'm pregnant.

Yes, but it is very rare. You can also get a tubal pregnancy which is also very rare and dangerous. Most likely though, your body takes a long time to re-regulate hormones after being on birth control, it can take many months or even years depending on how long you were on it and what your body is like. Best thing you can do is see the doctor.
