Not sure what kind of image you're trying to view. Web page?
It sounds as if you already have the monitor resolution set fairly high (1024 x 768?) because the characters are small. In this case, there's not much you can do. The page you're looking at is just too big for the screen. Most are -- that's why there are scroll bars on the side and bottom and a scroll wheel on most mice.
You can change the overall resolution to make things larger...
Start > (Settings, depending on how you have the start menu configured) > Control Panel > Display, the Settings Tab. Use the Screen Area slider to lower the resolution. This will, however, make everything bigger, including images.
Or, you can simply make the text larger by clicking View on the Menu Bar, Text Size, and then select the size you prefer for reading.

Do the following:
1) Right-Click on a blank area of the desktop
2) Choose "Properties"
3) Clickon the "Settings" tab at the top of the window
4) For Screen Resolution, set it to 800x600, or 640X480, using the slider.
5) Click "Apply"
6) Click "OK"
If this does not resolve the issue, then try this:
1) Right-Click on an empty area of the desktop
2) Choose "Properties"
3) Click on the "Settings" tab at the top
4) Click "Advanced..."
5) Under the DPI heading, set the DPI to "Normal Size (96 DPI)"
6) Click "Apply"
7) Click "OK"
Hope this helps :)

I would check the video card first. Put the video card on a different computer to see if same thing happens again. If yes, change the video card. If not, hook the monitor to another computer and see if same happens again. If yes, adjust the monitor settings with the button in front of the monitor or change the monitor.

try booting up in secure mode .... this is conceivable you positioned the alternative too severe for the television/exhibit screen to operate perfect. In secure mode, set your reso decrease and shop, then reboot and be conscious if the exhibit comes solid. it is also conceivable in secure mode to roll decrease back for your previous drivers if the alternative replace doesn't paintings.
