Also depending on where they are British white bread, even though it is no good for you, the cravings for it is horrendous.....

when i lived abroad all i wanted were cadburies cream eggs!!!mhhhh, and rowntries fruit pastells - i have a very sweet tooth!!! but i would recommend to send such things that are not available over there ( where ever that might be!!) find out and take it from there!!!or alternatively buy some nice touristy stuff that will remind your friend of home - eg. a red tin postbox filled with toffee - you get the idea!!

i am British living in Germany i miss proper English take away they are just not the same over here and teabags in Germany they drink fruit tea most of the time
