Sometimes, I see that the people present the screenshot in a Word file to make the things clear because it is very easy to explain certain points by means of a picture. Could you explain the procedure?

You can make a screenshot by pressing PrtScr in your keyboard then go to word and paste it. If you only want a portion of the screen say a dialog box or something then press ALT+PrtScr go to Word and paste it, if you want further editing on the screenshot you can paste it in a simple editing program like paint.

The way I do it is to hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard when you have the image on the screen you want a screenshot of. When you hit the PrintScreen button, it copies the image onto you Clipboard. Now you can open word, or any other program, and click Edit - Paste or right click then Paste. That should put the image in the Word document. From there you can crop, resize, etc.

Press ALT+Print Screen. This copies the current window into your clipboard. Next, just open Paint or whatever graphics editor you use and paste.

With the page/document you want to capture open, press the 'Print Screen' key.

Go to your Word document, right-click, and click Paste.

Voila!

You can then resize or relocate the image
