Diet and exercise are the best ways to allow your abdominals to be seen through your skin. In other words your abs are hidden by a layer of fat. You cannot spot reduce fat , fat from a specific area, so don't overdue crunches thinking that that will do the trick. There is no easy way. It is a lot of hard work. Avoid fatty foods and burn more calories than you consume each day. Good Luck.

Go jogging. Abdonimal workouts have never worked for me. They firm, but not tone. Jogging tones better than anything I've seen. Ever see a jogger/runner? They always have slim body types. All the running burns all the fat away like nothing else.
