I'm sorry, no they can not :( People are trying to help here, but the process is so long that it is simply not worth it.

Before, I also had to switch from an old phone to my sleek new phone I have now. I tried transferring ringtones but too much of a pain, instead I used both of the ringtone companies below and could not be happier!

Just a few simple steps...takes just a bit of time and I'm more than satisfied :)

you should be able to get a hold of you provider and tell them to re-send them to your new phone since they were already paid for. most of the time, the can only re-send 10 ringtones per day back to your phone

My phone company credited me $ so that I could buy the new ringtones on the new phone...

If they can't (or won't) you can get a Data cable (search on ebay: data cable vx6000) and transfer them using a free downloadable program called BitPim. There's a lot of info on it on howardforums.com. But I HIGHLY doubt you'll be able to find another vx6000, they don't make them anymore, but if you have Verizon, a good new phone and close to the same would be the vx5200.

no but sometimes you can get the phone company to credit you for your ringtones if there is something wrong with the phone.
