no matter what I do, my 360 page is not available to the public please let me know what you did that made yours available to the public thanks

you're clicking on the My Q&A link in the upper right corner, choosing the edit option under your name and avatar, and putting a check in the box that asks if you want your 360 page visible?
if you're doing all that and it's still not showing up, i would send an email to yahoo... could be a profile issue or it could be something to do with certain restrictions in place... maybe they have you listed as 14 years old or something.

when you go to the yahoo 360 page click on setting at the top then tick the box public yahoo 360 then click on apply , remember when setting up a yahoo 360 it may take 2 or 4 days to go public
