It could be a couple things. You might have the wrong email address. The other email server must have treated your email as spam and deleted it. Best bet is to have the person that you sent the email to send you and email. Do a reply from that email just for test.

If it isn't going into the spam box and has not arrived within five minutes, and you are using the correct address you need to contact customer care to fix this issue. If you need to go to the help pages and enter a question in the question dialog box, one related to your issue, then click search or whatever words are used to initiate the search. A page of possible matches comes up, select the closest match. If it does not answer or fix your problem, scroll down to the bottom of the page, where "contact customer care" button is located. Click the button and a e-mail form for contacting customer care will appear. Fill out the form as instructed, write a full explanation of your problem and all the steps you have taken to correct it, ie: checked to ensure it is not going into the spam box, that you have the correct address and that it is not coming back as undeliverable, etc, then send it off to customer care. Provide an alternate address as yours is not working and they will get back to you in one to two days, usually within one day.
I hope you get this fixed soon, it is annoying to not have your account work correctly, very frustrating. Have a nice day!

It's probably going in their junk box. Aks them to check it, if not make sure you have the correct address. E-mail will come back if it does not reach it's destination.
