Visit a taxidermist and get some stuffed gophers.
Another option is to go to a salvage yard and gets some hubcaps from a '78 ford Granada
If all else fails, go to "Big Lots" and get some plastic pink flamingos

Some crappy looking flowers from a grocery store put in some empty beer cans/bottles (such as Natty Light) is a good idea. NASCAR decorations always go well. Maybe some lawn chairs in place of real chairs at the table. You could go to a thrift store or a yard sale and get a bunch of dishes that don't match. You could also get some beer cans, cut them in half (carefully!) and plop in a votive candles for instant trashy candlelight. Keep the snacks in the bags, and make sure you buy the generic brands! A plaid tablecloth (or a blue tarp) might be a nice touch, too. For a center piece, you could also just find some random junk to put on the table (lots of tools, ugly/chipped knick knacks, Junior's report card from 1994 when he got a B in shop class, hunting magazines/Walmart circulars, etc. etc.). The messier, the better. I'm just trying to think about what my family would do for a party... haha

Make something out of Spam--and buy plenty of really cheap beer. You can form all sorts of "critters" out of the spam...possibly an armadillo shape....or a flattened armadillo shape with a smashed beer can on top of it. You can press the spam flat and use cookie cutters to cut out shaped snacks....HA!
Use mason jars with really ugly silk flowers in them for arrangements.
Get things like Tweety bird car air fresheners to hang around the table...Tweety is a big thing with the white trash folks.....(I live in a small Texas town-&-see them all the time, sadly)

Empty beer cans or bottles for vases with daisies and dandelions. Piece together newspapers for tablecloths. Polyester baseball caps with the mesh in the back--real ugly, generic ones.

Yeah, go pick some dandilions and put them in a paper cup or take a cereal bowl and fill it with M & Ms and then use it as a center piece.

Pick any combination of the following and you'll be golden: Coor's light or Budweiser cans, dandelions, Marlboro Reds, Monster trucks, rottweilers. Not actual monster trucks or rottweilers. :)
