It means you are tired and need more rest. My eye has done that before. If you're wearing contacts, try just wearing glasses for a few days. And get lots of sleep!

I found your writing to be well done as far as craft. There were some grammatical errors but that's to be expected in a draft. I liked your dialog and you did a good job. But to be honest, it read a bit like a cliche. Within the first opening lines of the diary entry I thought, okay he's going to be gorgeous and she's going to fall for him and he'll turn out not to be related after all. Because your writing is so strong otherwise, how about taking a look at how you could make this less expected. Try the 'what if' question. What if her initial response was instant dislike? That could be a cliche, too, if not done right but you could try it. What if you followed this passage with a completely unexpected scene, such as once the mom leaves, he brings in a girlfriend for some conflict? Of course you might already be doing this since this here is just the beginning. Try seeing where you can add conflict or tension to decrease the cliche feeling. Think about what your character really, really wants (internal or external) and then think about what or who would block that goal. That's where your conflict and tension comes from. For instance, she wants a cute guy/boyfriend. What would happen to block that from happening? Another person, another relationship, a stalker, an intruder...there are so many possibilities. I'd suggest taking another look at this beginning and see how you can tweak it to lead into the larger story. Granted, the problem with a beginning is keeping it from being a cliche without giving away the whole story yet. You could also simply keep this all in mind, continue writing the story, and then once you have the whole story captured, go back and see how you can adjust the beginning. Either way, good luck and keep writing.

Usually when your eye twitches it means you got air in it, it's nothing really serious, unless it twitches for hours non-stop than you should go see an eye doctor.

You are low in minerals. My doctor book says its because you are tired or tense but I don't go for doctors opions much. They know little about correct nutrition . I,m 65 and have learned to question their answers---do my own recearch and have found wonderful natural cures . I'll stick with the mineral solution- I use to have a twitching eye until I yook minerals

Improve your diet. take calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3 times daily with meals and eat more fruits and veggies for potassium. Muscle tics and spasms are usually due to electrolyte deficits and go away if you eat the right food and supplements.

Hahaha, I get the same thing from time to time. There's nothing wrong with you, you're not cracking up or anything :) It's just bascially a muscle spasm, and they come and go periodically.

Sometimes they twitch from lack of sleep. Maybe you should rest more.
