I am just looking for some advice? I am thinking of sending save the date Cards for my Wedding since it falls on a 3 Day weekend. What type of Save the Date Cards would you consider better, regular invitation paper, or Handmade paper which is the one with the torn look around it. Just wondering.

I like the look of the handmade paper.....so pretty and less likely for the receiver to forget! Good Luck!

My Save the Date Cards matches my invitations, but do whatever goes with the theme of your wedding. Who cares what a bunch of strangers thinks? Do what makes you happy! Besides 6 months after the wedding who all is going to remember what the Save the Date Cards looked like? My sister has spent twice as much as I have, but both cards look great.

I like regular invitation paper or slightly heavier paper that is a post card rather than something you put in an envelope.

There are loads of really cute ones on the Internet. I'm sure you'll be Abie to find something nice.

I think the handmade ones would give an added touch to the invite. It would show the hard work you put in to them. Good Luck!!

i think the fake torn ones would be nice since it's a reminder not a formal invite. make the invite a little fancier.

save the dates cards are usually more casual than the invitation itself. Make it fun!
