You've got ring around the toilet! Look for a pumice stone designed for cleaning toilets and the like. These will work wonders on the ring.

Obtain a good toilet cleaning solution. Pour some in the toilet and use the long toilet brush. Put some elbow grease to it and you should get the ring out.
Another good option is bleach. Just let it sit in the toilet for awhile and then use the toilet brush.

Go buy a pumice stone this will take it off and don't worry as abrasive as it is it won't scratch the toilet. These are also great to use on calloused feet. They can be bought at pet stores and walmart

Definitely pumice stone. It feels like you're scratching the crud out of your bowl, but it really works and doesn NOT scratch it, not at ALL. Get the kind with a handle, b/c without a handle is gross. Cheaper, but gross. IT WORKS AMAZINGLY!

Pumice stone. Its a dirty job, but it does work. Then you have to keep it that way by cleaning regularly, even when it does not look dirty, to prevent build-up.
