I'm looking for a really good multi vitamin-mineral. A good magnesium/calcium supplement, omega 3 supplement, and CoQ 10. Would be lovely if they made a formula with all of this but since they don't.......I'm looking for the best ones. I'd rather have to take only one of each a day rather than some that say take 3 a day.

Thanks!

Do not buy from any drug or grocery stores!!! Vitamins need to be produced under the strictest guidelines possible. They need to be very pure and should also have assays (experiments performed to make sure the vitamin actually contains the amount listed on the bottle). I have worked as a nutritional assistant for several years, and the best brand that you can buy without being a doctor (some brands are only sold to practitioners), is Life Extension. They are not all that expensive either. They have a couple different multi: "Two per day" is their basic formula, and the "Life Extension Mix" is top of the line. I currently use the two per day, because its less tablets to take.
Take a look around their site.

Okay there are great companies that product great supplements.
I know from experience that the products made by Immunotec Research are top notch. Been using them for years.

Often our lifestyles hinder a healthy, well-rounded diet, or access to quality nutritious foods is limited. Moreover, we are faced with a seemingly insurmountable amount of information about dietary fiber, antioxidants, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, just to mention a few.
It’s a Fact
The use of certain supplements is beneficial in the promotion of health and well-being.
