You saw it live? I've only seen the movie version--I'm so jealous!

Actually the story was originally a play back in the early 70's. The film came out later (I think 1975). The film sucked hugely but gained a cult following (to which I am proud to be a member since 1979) and through the ever evolving participation of the audience, gained supreme cult status. It is a riot to watch and a blast to participate (anybody can), who can forget Riff Raff and Magenta having elbow sex (for those who know) and remember "....there's a light, over at the Frankenstein place....."

Thanks a million for bringing up Rocky Horror.

I was a brand new baby gay when I first saw it in the late 70's

What a blast dressing up and acting out our favorite scenes every Friday night.

I saw the movie and got obsessed!
I have been singing the songs to my boyfriend and he is so fed up! Lol!!! Please add and tell what you thought of it! Should I go and see it? What should I bring with me? Is it true that they have rice, water guns, news paper etc?

Great movie - I would love to go to the interactive version where you dress up, and act up and it is just a party!
