agaisn those who try to black mail then. that means usa ,that treatens to isolate the country presuring other countries from doing business with north korea. why not put pressure on israel to stop pumeling the gaza strip, or sanction them for targetting civilians in lebanon, you know why? because there are too many jews in the goverment and in our industries too many millionare jews, so why the un did not sanction the usa for invading irak ilegally, nobody says that sadam was good but there was another way to get him out of power, or why the usa shipped bunker buster bombs in the middle of a conflict with hezbollah that is a clear violation of the un laws;no country should ship weapons in case of a conflict to any of the parties involved.
india,pakistan,israel own nuclear weapons and none of this countries did it legally on the contrary usa gave nuclear trechnology and advance weapons to israel including nuclear warheads to date more than 100 billions in weapons had been given to israel and yet they have been backstabing america selling american technology to china including tanks,misiles and also stealt technology using reverse engineering.
so why america protects israel even if we know that what they are doing is wrong?
botton line is money, peace does not profit america.
and north korea has the right to own their own nuclear technology.if one have it the the rest will follow, north korea,iran then maybe venezuela, if we whant peace we have to stop being false and go for genuine peace,let the countries govern thenself the way they want it let then choose if they want to be comunist is their choice if they choose socialism is also their choice, if america wants peace in the world that could be achieve inmediatelly,peace in palestine, peace in siria,peace in israel, peace in venezuela, peace between the koreas and china peace in africa and the whole world .
they are just defending their right to have the technology as well as america has it and many other countries in the world.

NK directly threatens South Korea and China
NK threatens the US and everyone else on the planet, because they have sold weapons to terrorists before (terrorists in this case being militias w/o a country like Alqeda)
NK is trying to get the US to directly talk with them
Why?
Because they are scared China will cut off aid or change regiemes
They do not want US portection, per se, they want to get China and US to argue over them
NK fears China but they cannot say that, so they are trying to blackmail the US into protecting them

N. Korea has previously stated that any sanctions made against them by the US will be considered a declaration of war. Although Bush would love to take credit for the UN sanctions that were agreed upon, he didn't do anything new. It was their blatant disrespect for their neighboring countries that prompted the UN to finally take action. N Korea is all talk and little action. The ability to make a nuke is one thing. The delivery of it via any of their failed missles is another. N. Korea declared war on the world with their initial interest in securing WMD and the world is responding. They better be careful because our president is not only retarded enough to nuke them but he would have little choice if provoked because he has wasted over 2700 soldiers lives trying to secure the oil in the mid east.

They are telling their citizens the Korean War is still going on. They teach the people to hate America. When Lisa Ling went over there to assist with some eye surgeries (see Oprah.com), the people bowed to pictures of the leaders and thanked them for returning their eyesight, not the surgeons! The country is not allowed to have computers or cell phones, it's really, really bad. They tell everyone how "awful" America is.

Anyone who messes with them...manly the US. Remember in thier eyes the Korean War was never settled and thier values are alot diff. than many of the other countries of the world. I'm sure they are not afraid to launch a frist attack against anyone.

They are reacting to the threats we are making on them. Although, DPRK is a dictatorship and its people are starving, we are still to be blamed partly as we impose sanctions on them that leads to the starvation of their people. We impose sanctions on them because they are not a democracy. Its like saying I will impose sanctions on you since you don't speak my language.
