Looking back, i've only had a date stand me up twice. Two different girls but both times it was a military formal balls. I was never given a reason. Maybe because I never called the girl after that. Why'd you do it?

I did that once (and am very ashamed).
It was a blind date and I just chickened out at the last minute.
I feel so bad.

I stood up someone once, because he was a very clingy and depressive boyfriend I was trying to shake. I'm usually not mean like that, but I was fifteen at the time and I didn't know how to get rid of him! I finally had to break up with him while he was on vacation with his family over my birthday - and he STILL gave me birthday presents!

I've never stood anyone up, but I have been stood up before, and like you, I was never given a reason. I don't sweat it; we're still on good terms.

i stood a guy up once. i had only given him my number to piss off my ex. well the dude called and said he was on his way over(small town everybody knows everybody..almost). i told my mom i didnt want to see this guy, so i left. the guy got there and he started to talking to my mom, helping her with the hay for the cows. Well, my mom asked him if he knew anyone who sold hay. He told her his uncle did. Well, now, my mom is married to his uncle. aint love grand?
