Check your trash or deleted folder. It should still be in there. You can then move it back to your inbox.

Look in the "deleted items" folder. If you've emptied it, it could cost you a lot to get it recovered.
If that's your case and you absolutely need it, avoid reopening Outlook and bring the computer to a data recovery expert ASAP.

as long as it is still in your deleted items all you need to do is right click on the e-mail and choose "move to folder".... i would assume you want to move it to the Inbox...
